RETURNS

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, proof of purchase must be retained and sent when requesting a refund

Once your return is request is received, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt and approval of your refund request. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and check with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
If your query is still unresolved, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@naturetalk.com.au.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  You will be sent a fresh pack of the same item once your defective or damaged item is received. If you want to exchange an item please send us an email at admin@naturetalk.com.au and once you receive a confirmation, send your package to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
